The Philippine SEC issued advisories against HFM and Exness, ordered a cease and desist against a Manny Pacquiao-endorsed XM entity, and asked telecom regulators to block dozens of unauthorised trading platforms. It is one of the toughest broker crackdowns in Southeast Asia.
