Grab is paying 1.49 billion dollars to become Southeast Asia's lender
Grab agreed to buy 60 percent of buy now, pay later firm Atome Financial for 1.49 billion dollars in cash, with the rest to follow within two years. The ride-hailing app is turning itself into a credit business.
